You are interacting with an AI-powered chatbot provided by Sealant AI AS ("FlowAgently", "we", "us") but configured, managed, and deployed by the owner of the website you are visiting ("Customer", "Builder").

For the purposes of data protection laws (such as GDPR), the Customer acts as the Data Controller who decides how and why your data is processed. We act as a Data Processor, securely storing and handling data on their behalf and in accordance with their instructions. 1. Information We Process

We process the following types of information when you use the chat widget:

  • Chat Content: The messages, files, and prompts you send, and the AI responses generated.

We do NOT use your chat content to train our own general-purpose AI models. Your conversations are isolated to this specific chatbot instance.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

When you interact with our embedded chatbots, we do not store cookies on your device that track you across websites.

We use Local Storage (a technology similar to cookies but stored only on your browser) strictly for functional purposes:

  • Remembering whether the chat widget is open or closed so it stays that way as you navigate the website.
  • Saving your conversation history temporarily so your chat isn't lost if you refresh the page.

This Local Storage data remains in your browser and is not used for advertising or marketing tracking.

4. Subprocessors & AI Providers

To generate intelligent responses, we transmit your message history to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. These providers process data under strict confidentiality agreements and do not use your data to train their models by default.

Our primary subprocessors include:
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Perplexity: For AI text generation and search capabilities.
  • Supabase, Upstash: For secure database storage, serverless redis KV store for caching, and rate limiting.
  • Vercel / AWS: For cloud hosting and infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

We retain chat logs on behalf of the Customer (website owner). The retention period is determined by the Customer's settings. We may delete data sooner if the Customer terminates their account or if required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or manipulate the AI's behavior maliciously.
  • Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
  • Submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, financial info).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Service "As Is": The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • No Liability for Content: Sealant AI AS is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the content generated by the AI or configured by the Customer.
  • Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the chatbot.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you submit, subject to the Customer's policies. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, reproduce, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Access to specific chatbots may be restricted by us or by the chatbot owner who deployed them at any time.
